While other salesmen might feel fine selling the same exact product year after year, we at BMW of Riverside are always thrilled for the new models to roll in every year. Personally, I love learning more about new automotive developments and the new cars really help keep me on my toes. In this blog, we've got a few facts on the newest bmw 3 series models!

When you see one of the new 3 series, the first thing you will probably notice is that is has a sportier look than the previous model. This is because the vehicle is actually about 3.5 inches longer and around 2 inches wider than the last model-even with the added dimensions it's somehow 88 pounds lighter! Of course, this means there will be more room for everyone in the cabin, especially for your backseat riders (according to the big bosses, this baby can even hold three golf bags in its trunk!).

With the new 3 series, BMW has returned to the four-cylinder powerplant. Additionally, the new 3 has taken great strides in fuel efficient with such new additions as auto stop-start, brake energy regeneration and an air conditioning system that is disconnected entirely from the engine. There's also the option of choosing between six-speed manual transmission and a brand new eight-speed automatic transmission system.
