Just had the best experience meeting the customer service manager Ulises he took the time to come out along with the service rep to explain to me how I could extend my warranty although I did not extend it. I was very glad to receive the professionalism by the manager, this man definitely deserves his recognition.

Excellent experience! I recently brought my M850 BMW in for an oil change, and everyone was extremely accommodating, professional, and friendly. The service was smooth from start to finish. I went with my car dashboard washer not working, also I had the dazzle in the transmission area peeled from the inside, the advisor took my info in few minutes, guided me towards the loaners desk. The whole process was very easy, quick, and professional. Didn’t buy a car through them though came to look at some. Prices are slightly higher than the larger volume BMW dealerships like Crevier, however the smaller location made the experience a little more personable. Customer service is exactly what you would expect from BMW, which is always fantastic. I would recommend this dealership.

Five stars for BMW of Riverside overall — the team here is genuinely amazing, and everyone else I dealt with was professional and straightforward.
The one exception, and this is my honest experience, is Gabriel. He was, in my opinion, the worst salesperson I've ever dealt with. Month after month I felt misled, and he repeatedly tried to push me into a car I told him multiple times I did not need or want. I raised my concerns with the dealership directly, and nothing changed on his end.

Staff is very courteous and professional. The amenities available to customers are very good - choices of coffee, team and bottled water. There's even popcorn. I will say though that, if you choose to have your car serviced here, you will end up paying a lot more than what you really intended. In fairness, service advisors are compensated based on how much money they can extract from customers, and not on the quality of their interactions with customers. I suggest that you fully understand the service time intervals your vehicle requires, prior to agreeing to extra services being performed.
