Usually I have received great service, but this time I was not as happy. A minor thing, but I was told that my car had been washed when I picked it up, and it had not.

I had an incredible experience getting my lease at this location. The staff was friendly and the building is superb so it was a great vibe from the start. The sales person JR helped me test drive different vehicles and he showed me the differences between the ones I had liked. He really took into account what I was looking for and guided me throughout. The General Sales Manager, Harlan was outstanding as well and very knowledgeable. Couldn't have done it without him either.

I initially came in to Test drive and the initial salesperson made it an unpleasant experience. Having strong interest on this purchase, I later came back and was greeted by Gimmi. Giovanni in Service is a very professional, courteous, and helpful person. He provided excellent customer service. I will give him 10/10. Then Evan (genius) tried his best to sync my phone with Bluetooth. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Because of people like Giovanni, Evan’s, and JR, I will go back to the dealership.

My vehicle was delivered to my home. The young man who delivered (Albert) was brilliant and on point. He knew every little detail about the X3 30. I was impressed. In addition to loving this SUV ( I have had several BMW models in my past} the technology and design is perfect. I am looking forward to many happy miles behind the wheel of my new X3 30.
Sales and finance are easy to deal with, without pressure. Nice and clean showroom with lots of M cars on display. I just wish they don’t sell the Eckbond with the car. Bmw cars doesn’t deserve to be affiliated with a crappy coating company.

I had a service appointment at BMW of Riverside and my Service Advisor was supposed to be Giovanny De La Rosa. Since he was busy with other customers, Stacy Farmer-Chen handled my check-in instead. Unfortunately, the experience became frustrating because she started making the maintenance process difficult and kept saying my car had low mileage and “didn’t qualify,” even though the vehicle’s age clearly requires service and the car is still covered under the BMW maintenance plan.

Brought my i4 in to fix a sensor error that was under warranty. The entire experience from booking an appointment, to service check-in, to loaner transaction, to repair, to pick up was flawless.
