Staff is very courteous and professional. The amenities available to customers are very good - choices of coffee, team and bottled water. There's even popcorn. I will say though that, if you choose to have your car serviced here, you will end up paying a lot more than what you really intended. In fairness, service advisors are compensated based on how much money they can extract from customers, and not on the quality of their interactions with customers. I suggest that you fully understand the service time intervals your vehicle requires, prior to agreeing to extra services being performed.

The BMer dealership on 3060 Adams Street in Riverside, gave us an amazing experience in leasing/purchasing a car. I highly recommend even if you're just curious about BMWs. They went out of their way to give a mom of two Special Needs children a great price. They were especially kind and patient with my children. Recently, we took the car in to be serviced and they brought us home while working on our car and collected us when it was completed. They communicate well and are extremely professional. We greatly appreciated how they clean our car--they are very helpful!

Tech Support at BMW Riverside is outstanding with Earnie Guzman, Once we identified an issue requiring parts replacement the BMW sprang into action and the part was ordered from Germany. The part was eventually acquired in the US from an after-market supplier. Once received, the Service Mechanic , Robert Gordon, did a masterful job replacing the worn parts and had my vehicle back to me in 2 plus days. I appreciate their efforts to keep my vehicle in top mechanical shape!

Very efficient 10K-mile service visit working w/ Daisy. Wait time was under 2 hours as stated, and I was able to use the comfortable lounge area to stay busy during the wait.

I had an incredible experience getting my lease at this location. The staff was friendly and the building is superb so it was a great vibe from the start. The sales person JR helped me test drive different vehicles and he showed me the differences between the ones I had liked. He really took into account what I was looking for and guided me throughout. The General Sales Manager, Harlan was outstanding as well and very knowledgeable. Couldn't have done it without him either.

I initially came in to Test drive and the initial salesperson made it an unpleasant experience. Having strong interest on this purchase, I later came back and was greeted by Gimmi. The welcoming was a complete opposite, and the experience was definitely a family feeling type. I really did appreciate him and the Customer Service that was provided.
