Not every used BMW qualifies. To be eligible, a vehicle must be no more than five model years old. It must have between 300 and 60,000 miles and a clean CARFAX or AutoCheck history. Each certified BMW also comes with a vehicle history report.
From there, BMW-trained technicians run a full 360-degree inspection and road test. They check the engine, transmission, brakes, electrical systems, and body. Anything below BMW’s standard is reconditioned with genuine parts. If it cannot be fixed to specification, the vehicle does not become Certified.
